––––– Description

Core Problem: In one-on-one digital therapy, the relationship (the "therapeutic alliance") is the number one predictor of success. However, generic video platforms create a psychological wall. The patient often feels like they are being "observed" through a lens rather than collaborating with a human. Furthermore, because the session data (notes, homework, breakthrough moments) is scattered across emails, text files, or the therapist's paper notepad, the patient lacks a sense of ownership over their own healing journey between sessions.

––––– Challenge

A collaborative one-on-one video workspace designed to deepen the digital therapy experience. It pairs secure, intimate video communication with a shared clinical canvas, allowing a patient and therapist to co-create, track, and sustain their therapeutic work in a single dedicated space.
We now have a highly specific, well-defined product vision: a collaborative canvas for one-on-one digital therapy delivery.
.

––––– Core Value

Active Collaboration. The webapp transforms one-on-one therapy from a passive, conversational broadcast into an interactive, visually collaborative process that gives the patient agency and maintains momentum between sessions.
