––––– Problem

Customers see their relationship with their telecom providers as a partnership rather than a transaction. They do not want complex processes; they expect to be identified and known, and most importantly, they expect a reliable service that they can trust. Vodafone online tariff purchase does not get much traffic. Still, a large number of transactions are made in offline stores directly because they are more straightforward and provide richer information

––––– Solution

To solve the problem and achieve our goal, increasing trust in purchasing Vodafone mobile tariffs online, a native mobile application for IOS & Android has been developed. By clarity of steps and clear instructions for placing the order, users feel informed and secure during the whole purchase journey. Additionally, the functionality of monitoring and controlling their mobile data consumption makes them feel in control of their spending.

––––– Guidelines

In order to make the communication with developers better and to have 'one source of truth,' I have created simple UI Guidelines for both platforms, IOS and Android. I have listened to developers' needs and preferences regarding which device sizes are best for them.

––––– Flows & Maps

I have created the customer journey map which helped us to have a better understanding of users and their choices as well as the concept of buying as a process. I have also regularly updated and created user flow maps and application flows. Was also responsible for defining errors shown in the app.
